Delicious spaghetti, lasagna and pizza.

I only come here because my friends want to. This place was hoppin' back in the day, but never great---just busy...never been impressed. Customer service is bad. Food is mediocre.

Good food ,family owned

Food was delicious, service was great. Enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and a gracious visit with one of proprietors who was taking interest in their customers, making sure they had been served and served well. The kind of local owner pride that is so rare these days. our group of 6 was all very happy.

I was bot expecting such a quality meal from this place judging by the outside. Never judge a book by its cover I guess. Everything was top notch! Salid was crispy, the fettuccine was some of the best I've ever had! Make sure to get the cannolis for desert!

Food is above average but no mentioning of meat in spaghetti sauce. Feel deceived. Additionally there is very limited vegetarian options on the menu.

Best calzones!

The girls and I wanted Italian for lunch so we decided on eating here, we walked in and it was a full house so we waited about 10 minutes as the hostess/owner let us know she just had to wait for a table to open up. Well 10 minutes went by then 15 then 20. We were on our lunch break from work and only had an hour so we asked if maybe we can order and have it to go. She straight out told us NO and that they don't do that there! So we did what any normal group of girls would do, grabbed our purses and went across the street to main st. Restaurant and needless to say the service there was perfect, we ordered and it was very prompt as we let them know it was to go.

Amazing food

The food is ok. Being from NY and from an Italian family, this food is not the first choice. The meatballs were very good just not worth $5 for two smallish meatballs. The calzone could have been good but they put the sauce on top of the calzone. The sauce they usually give is a meat sauce but I requested marinara. No one does that except Valentino’s. We also had the antipasto, if that’s what it was. It was a side salad. There was romaine lettuce, CANNED black olives, half pieces of ok salami, shredded mozzarella and dressing all over it all for $9+. The service was very good and the owners came around to y’all which I really like. This is why i gave it two stars. Total bill was $33. I’m glad I went but won’t go back. Oh well. People around here love it though.

The food was delicious, but lunch portions were small, and took a long time to arrive. I’d go back!

Detail to ingredients. Flavor! Some days I want more. Some days I can't find room for more. Service is always welcoming and warm. The "owner", chef makes sure your happy with the meal.

Best Italian food I have ever had! Yum

Stopped in a bit before closing after a basketball game and they were very welcoming. Excellent calzone & pastas (nice size half orders or big plates). Alfredo with shrimp was great, too. Start off with their cheese cracker bread...yummy! We will return for more calzone & to try the pizza. Local hospitality & really good, hot cooked to order Italian!

honestly it’s not all that at all my pizza was alright it gives me costco pizza vibes but costco is a tad bit better very little pepperoni pizza was greasy i just don’t know what the hype is about tbh

An order of their lasagna, bread buttered and dipped in their tomato sauce and on the side a glass of their house red wine, then relaxation and happiness.

I dont know who she is. I think she may be part owner. Shes an older lady always up front at register. Food is good but she is rude. I have been in the restaurant 3 times two of the times to pick up to go. I polite person is important when she is the first person you see when walking in. She needs to realize that the people coming in to purchase what she has to sell pays her bills. So pay attention and smile and welcome those who enter the building.

Will I just wanted to say I remember when it was back on manning and hanging out after high school games eating pizza ,but business went down when Me&Ed's open yeah I'm old lol but loved the pizza just wish it opened more earlier...

The calzones are great, the decorations are well-due for an update, and the prices are pretty high. The ranch dressing on the salads is made in the restaurant, and it may be the best ranch dressing you ever taste.

Ever since college I have been a fan of calzones. Valentino's makes an outstanding one with homemade sausage, sauce, and crust that is hard to beat. I have made my own yet there is something about just getting one every now and then. The places in Fresno that made great ones are no more, this is worth trying.

I saw some of the reviews on here and I am just really shocked because I am 28 years old and I have been eating at this place since I was a baby and let me tell you it is the best food I have ever had by far. From pizza, pasta, calazones, salad, soups, steak, chicken, homemade bread and lots more its all just so perfect and hits the spot every time. I love the owners because they are just so sweet the cook Martin always comes out and checks to make sure everything is perfect which it always is and then he goes on to talk to my daughter and always hugs her. The owners are just so beyond sweet. I recommend this place to anyone as this is the only place I ever want to eat at for my birthday dinner ever year and it will continue to be that way.

By far the best place I have ever had with it comes to home made italian food. I recommend this place to everyone no one can make better food than Valentinos. I have been coming here since I was a little kid and it is just amazing. No matter what you order you wont be disappointed and you always have plenty for left overs for the next day. I am the pickiest when it comes to food so if i love this place this much then I can promise you that you will to. Lastly they make the best ranch dressing you could ever imagine. I loooooooove the food and the people who own it they are beyond sweet and always thank us for coming and always come to make sure we have the best service possible. The always make us feel like family.

Absolutely! Positively the BEST pizza ever! My wife knows to always order our pizza from Valentinos. The crust is my favorite and with a hint of garlic it's incredible! Enjoy!!

Oh yes, it is still the same! I used to live in the Reedley area many years ago when the original Valention's was open and LOVED their pizza. It then closed, I left the area because of work. I just learned that it had opened again downtown Reedley so I made the 1 hour trip to see if the pizza was the same, it was! Best pizza. A little expensive but worth it. I just really wish they were open more often.

Very disappointed soup watery not like it used to be.
